4. Prohibited Items

5. Customs Clearance
While we assist clients with customs clearance procedures and documentation, customs authorities retain the final authority regarding inspection, clearance, duties, taxes, and approvals.

- Missing or incorrect documentation

6. Delivery and Transit Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Delivery schedules may be affected by:

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Payments
All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

- Suspend services for overdue accounts
- Charge applicable late payment fees
- Recover outstanding amounts through legal means where necessary
10. Cancellation and Changes
Any cancellation or modification of services must be requested as early as possible.
Additional charges may apply if transportation, customs processing, or logistics arrangements have already commenced.

12. Privacy
